For Sauce:250g frozen strawberries, 1 tbs sugar, butter for frying.
Method:
Combine 50goat bran and 125gflour in a blender, then add 40mlsoya milk, 2 eggs, 1drop vanilla flavour and 1tspbaking powder. Blend for 30 seconds, then add 125gblueberries and blend again for a few more seconds.
Melt 1spoon butter in a frying pan and pan-fry tablespoons of the batter to make the pancakes, turning them over when the mixture forms bubbles on the surface.
To make the hot strawberry sauce, cook 250g frozen strawberries and 1 tablespoon sugar, gently in a saucepan until the strawberries soften. Pour the sauce over the blueberries pancakes and enjoy.
